CS:GO Discussion

ESEA trying new ways to combat memory injections. It's nothing groundbreaking in terms of anti-cheats working, just a new technique for them to try to make it look like they're doing something.

Well finally broke my 6 win losing streak, i think 1 or 2 more and I would derank to GN4. Cheers to Swaggy for jumping in as a 4th man.

Top fragged on cobble and it was a decent game with a few hair raising moments.

I played a game a few days ago on Nuke where i was on Silo with the CT tight against it not knowing I was on top and i jumped on his head and knifed.... missed then knifed again and killed. I'll upload it when i have the time and make a little video.

Encountered a weird bug this afternoon on dust 2 in competitive as I spawned floating at around head height. I asked my team if they could see what I was experiencing but none replied, so I guess they couldn't, yet when I started moving I kept the height advantage lol. I recorded it but can't post the video due to swearing, but its on my youtube channel if anyone wants to see what I mean.

Lol good luck with that.
Some arrogance

24/7 mining incoming :D

Lol
I can live with that though, loving esea over MM at the moment even if I am outclassed in some games.
Servers are great, encountered hardly any of these 'toxic' people some complain about.
Had a game on season the yesterday, had 2 gn2's on my team and the other team was a premade of smfc's! Needless to say we got stomped 16-1 and the novas didnt even get a score.
Thats the only time so far where the lack of skill matchmaking has been that noticable.

Anyway yeah looking forward to watching the kinguin match later vs ex copenhagen wolves. Will be interesting to see what chemistry they have

Sorry if it's been asked before, but is there a recommended skill level before trying ESEA over MM?

I like a challenge but I don't want to be paying a subscription for the privilege of being wrecked. :p

I'll mostly be solo queuing if it makes a difference.

I played ESEA but didnt play enough to make me refresh my sub.

But them wanting the client to be running 24/7 with their history is just a big no. Lot's of people will leave because of this. And then the arrogance from Ipkane to say if you dont like it go play somewhere else just shows hes a C.

Really hard to say, at the end of the day it's totally up to you, if you like a challenge then go for it!

If i had to say though then pre vac wave mge/dmg would be a good start but by no means a must.

What rank are you?

As ESEA is gaining in popularity the rank/skill spread is forever increasing so you will have games you do well in then the next you will be made to feel like a silver again by the globals!

I mainly like it for the main reason on the anti cheat, with it even when i loose i don't feel salty about it as its easier to accept they were just better than you

The only prob is when I tried faceit it was aweful, the people playing it had the worse attitudes ever, is it different if you get the faceit premium?
Not sure if it will make me stop playing esea or not, should i put my tinfoil hat on or is it actually a issue that I don't understand?

Ok just read a bit more into it and its making me hover over the uninstall button... Hmmm advice please other esea users on here??

Team Kinguin due to start any minute. Very excited to see ScreaM and Miakelele on the same team. Great riffle and pistol aimer teaming with a great aggressive AWPer... Not forgetting Rain who seems to be a great all rounder that I've just recently started following from LGB

Decided to push to get my 10 wins to get a rank at last - it's started me out in GN2 :)

Congrats. If you play consistently you'll start to rise through the GN ranks but chain losses can prove disheartening. I started as GN3, lost quite a few games due to queuing with people far higher than me and playing obviously poorly in those games, but managed to make it back up after a bit of solo and friend queues.

I think im clutching on to MG1 at the moment, lost another game last night due to 2 polish guys smg rushing on morage. Worked twice then they got rekt every round after so our 3 man premade was constantly against 5. 6 losses, 1 win, 1 loss now.

I need some stable games, ill be on tonight if anyone is on.
