Counter Strike: Source is obviously the winner out of the two, but CS:GO isn't a "horrible game" to be honest. Yes, it does fall behind even though it's newer, but it's still a good-ish game
Sure. I'm sure we can sort some stuff out. Is it competitive 5v5 normal rules? If so I'm sure I can get 10 people. Maybe people on the OCUK group can create an event?
You need to teach me though. I never was a server admin before lol.
It's a 16 man, so anything up to 8v8 although I'm not sure how 128 tick would cope with 16.
Any rules, any maps It won't be competitive stats or anything, but 128 tick and (hopefully) lack of hackers and hpb's makes it a lot preferable.
Most of the basic server commands are pretty straightforward, you only need to be able to load maps/restart rounds really... there is also a server control panel (web based). Will hook you up later.
What is this lag recently??? I jolt around everywhere, whenever I come close to an enemy both me and him start lagging... Then people are appearing out of no where, eg: I am walking then someone appears right next to me...
Only won 7 competitive matches yet had CS:GO since it was released, just never got on with it until recently. Playing on 3G and still walk over a lot of people is quite satisfying
I joined the group and accepted two friend requests so far. I know I haven't been online properly yet but I should be able to get into a few games soon.
