Been well over a month since I've played..... some spare time today so going to try get back into it today.

It's horrible when you've not played for a while, takes a few days of playing a few hours to get it back.
 
I'll be playing a few more this morning/afternoon. If anyone wants a game give me a shout. I'm 'Wink' on Steam and I'm in the OcUK CSGO Group. I'm DMG at the minute but don't mind playing with other ranks.
 
My personal experience with the game and watching someone who is a big fan of the game is quite disheartening as the angle I saw of it was a very hostile childish community

I don't know if this is the full side of the game but it is enough to make me not want to play it as I have always seen the pc community to be a more mature group

This is true, which is why we play together instead of with 10 year olds.

Most games turns into a ****ging match on comms I've come to find, with eastern Europeans/ Russians playing their part there. Not that all English players have been that nice either. Its a refreshing change when you get a friendly team.

I hardly bother to play alone now and just stick to playing when the rest of my group is on.
 
I dont get why it has voice comms with the other team. Its much easier to block people in game then previous cs versions.

If the whole game is non english speakers just type text, still works on a basic level or you can block anyone on own team also.
Voice_scale in console lowers the voip vs in game sound
