CS:S Tonight?

we have installed ace rates on to the server, does anyone have any experience in rates etc. what should the min max of these be set to:

min_rate 7500
min_cmdrate 30
min_updaterate 20

max_rate 25000
max_cmdrate 100
max_updaterate 100

should they be set along side the config of the server? its 75 tick.

turn hdr off to be honest its better for single player and just makes cs harder..

im trying to get the server working. ive never handled an update before though.

apparently something is actually wrong with it. my hosting are looking into it as we speak...
