I created the perfect bacon sandwich a few months ago.

4 Slices of streaky bacon in a toasted brioche bun.

that's it.

By coincidence, I just had a bacon sandwich in a brioche bun, the bun was disappointing tbh. I'll be sticking to white or granary bread in future.
