Howdy,

I have confirmed the booking for Wednesday 23rd June 2021 - Covid allowing of course.

Costs for hiring the course now include public liability insurance and so if we get 15 runners it's £65 each. Still a bargain.

To show commitment and help prevent no shows which would cost me more monies, I would like to have full payments of £65 sent to me via whatever means you're comfortable with. Please trust me your email address for details.

Your space will not be reserved until you have paid for your slot - I have been burned a few times now by no payments and then having to backfill spaces last minute!

So, lets get on with the runners below:

  5. .
  6. .
Running Order:

At the start of the day we will begin with 5 minute slots to just familiarise yourself with the track layout and to get as many people through the track as possible.

After the first of the 5 minute slots are complete we'll move to 7 minute slots which means 2 hours between runs. If this is deemed too short or too long we'll adjust. I've often found people wanting more than getting their fill after 5 minutes due to the size and nature of the circuit.

I will require people to help out with ensuring that people are ready to get on and off the circuit at their allotted time. I'll ensure to have some lists printed for people to go by.

Obviously if there are any issues this is completely up for discussion.

Provisional Running Order - let me know if any issues

    2. @DRneocortez - Andrew H - BMW M3

Put me in SVR F-type pm me payment detail thanks

Messaged :)

Sounds like fun, trust sent :)

Mk3 MX-5, sounds like I'll be a contender for the slowest :p

Replied :)

Absolutely gutted I'll have sold the Mx5 by then, and the 135 isn't exactly a track car :(

Next time.

Errrrr 135 would be great around Curborough...

Argh I’m at Brands Hatch the day before! Not sure I can manage that much hooning in 48 hours. Will have a think.

I might be doing Donnington the evening before :D

Work commitments allowing, I'll come.

AMG GTR

Think you have my details so just let me have your bank details.

I'll dig out previous correspondance :)

Nice simple suggestion, but sadly again relies on people bringing the stopwatches back etc. It's hard enough to get people to get on track some times as it's very easy to just get caught up chatting with other members (which is of course great :D ) but then relying on people to bring stuff back, hand over to next cars, get their car in the queue. It just won't happen and I'll spend more time playing find the stopwatch :p :D

Last few times the stop watch was not heard either so it was hard to get people on/off, so I just want to remove the reliance on those who are just there to enjoy the day and not have to "work" :D

So if anyone does have a walkie talkie set we can borrow for the day it'll be much appreciated

I’m guessing spectators are allowed now? As restrictions for gatherings allow up to 30 people?

All being well the restrictions will be dropped by then (doubt it though).

There are driver indemnity forms that I will share next week where you can list "support crew". Basically it's all for Track and Trace, they need to know who is there and with whom.

So I'd say we'll get away with some spectators, providing they have been accounted for :)

Track time starts at 10, ideally please get there no later than 9.30 so we can get organised. No idea about local amenities though, sorry!

I will need all runners to fill out a driver indemnity form, you can all bring 3 "support crew" so please ensure all details are completed:
