Curry conundrum, curry for a wimp.

I only have korma as i don't like spicey foods. I have tried other mild curries and whilst they are nice, i prefer the taste of korma nom nom.

I like korma too but I also like a bit of heat, not loads. So one the rare occasion I have a curry when out I ask them to make it a bit spicy and they're usually happy to oblige.

Last week I had a curry and wanted to go straight to the end and have a Jalfrezi but chickened out at the last moment and had a Pathia instead which is also a new curry for me. I really like the taste and the "heat" was ok. I didn't finish it by submitting to the heat, I didn't leave a lot and on the other hand these curry portions are huge.

If you like korma but like some heat with it, I thoroughly recommend a chicken Ceylon curry. Made with coconut cream like korma but not as sweet, more curry like than korma and a fair bit hotter, probably a tad weaker than madras. But it's an absolutely delicious curry.
