Lamb Korma, and Pilau Rice...

Can i reheat this? if so what do you recommend...from last night its still boxed etc.

This is only relevant if it has been in the fridge overnight and not sat on a counter top festering.

If I had this curry sat there dying to be eaten I'd nuke it till it was piping hot. But that's just me and if anyone was to do that and got the trots then more fool you for copying what I've done in the past.

Is that enough wiggle room for me if he gets the ****s?

of course you can, whack it in the microwave, might want to bung a couple of table spoons of water on the rice to stop them crisping up, but just give it all a big stir

Crikey, how old are you and you need to ask how to reheat food?

Just bang it in the micro until its HOT.

to be fair, I had a friend who had never used a microwave until he got to uni.

his family were a bit overcautious and were scared of getting cancer from radiation or some such >.<

Why is it that Indian restaurants absolutely win at making any curry with chicken, but as soon as you ask for lamb, you get a plate of useless chewy foulness? Lamb often tastes weird in curry aswell. Not sure why they do it?

I'd probably reheat the rice, but just properly nuke it. The curry will be fine.

You're eating in crap restaurants.....lamb curry rules. \best are the curry's that have the chicken charcoal grilled. Mmmmmmmmmmm

Honestly, after a Friday night out, it would be a good day if i could even be bothered to nuke it. Would most likely just eat it cold.

Either way, its seriously unlikely you'd get ill unless you have the stomach of something that has a crap stomach.

Right to confirm, im just nuking it all on a plate? and then munching?

Maybe my local is just rubbish at making lamb curries (it's a decent restaurant for the most part). They do epic chicken stuff though, and indeed most of it is charcoal grilled.

It'll be fine, nuke til hot.

Fridge isn't mandatory, on more than one occasion I've eaten chinese food thats been 7-8 days old sat on a counter top before (doesn't go mouldy really), didn't taste great i'm not gonna lie, but i didn't get food poisoning, people are too scared of food poisoning, you build up no resistance to it.

Urm /arnie voice DO IT, DO IT NOW!!!! /end arnie voice

Yeah re-heat, enjoy! Iv done it a million times, either my stomach/immune system is a beast or theres no real problems doing it!

Either way man up and force people to have hotter currys next time,... :D
