Custom Windows 8 Tiles

One thing I noticed is that when you zoom out on the start screen, all the generic icons stay in full icon mode just smaller, but an icon that I created from the links above goes smaller but has a big border around it (the border is the same colour you chose in the oblytile creation)

It looks gash, any ideas on how to stop that or is it not possible?

Have you provided a separate 30x30 image for the zoomed out view or just letting it resize? I think if you provide OblyTile with a 30x30 image, it will solve that problem.

Thanks I'll give that a try, it wouldn't let me create a tile without supplying both size tiles so I just used the same large tile pic for both large and small, so you may be right.

What's the best way to make a 30x30 file as I only have the big pics?

Resize in your favourite image editting software? Photoshop, Gimp, etc

I've used oblytile for most my icon but not sure about getting youtube and facebook. do i have to have the apps for facebook and youtube.
