I have just noticed that there's too many "and"s in one section.. probably caused by staring at the page for too long with lots of revisions. I'll need to reword this sentence to get rid of an "and".

I think you have over used the word "Person" Also i think a more better suited word would be individual but still dont overuse it!

Int 1s & 2s aren't Highers and therefore shouldn't be listed as such.

Int 1 is lower than a Standard Grade, Int 2 is lower than a Higher but higher than a Standard Grade.

When listing qualifications, put the best ones first.
