Dale Farm Cleared Tomorrow?

You lot were getting boring, you couldn't argue with reason so resorted to name calling, im not that bothered but if the rules of the forum are no personal comments/attacks then it's time they were followed so the discussion can move forward.

We were boring, so you resorted to goading people into personal attacks, so they might get banned?

Trolling.....?

Sometimes people need to take a stand when laws are inherently wrong or seen as such by a large group, if one group of people disagrees with another it doesn't mean they can just force them out, this is a bigger issue than just a bunch of travellers and taxes, people have a right to travel freely anywhere in the world they want, it's like racism otherwise.

Travelling is not a right, it's a privilege.

You do not have a right to enter into north Korea for example.

Like I do not have a right to travel into your home.

The travellers do not have a right to be on this land. End of story.

Human rights? This has nothing to do with human rights.

/Hippie mode @ Raymond Lin

I'm a child of the Earth and I'm free to travel anywhere I'd like :)

We're all born of stars and dividing up the Earth in to separate states and fighting and having different "races" is all so petty.

We are all stars and brothers and sisters and should be able to move and settle were we like. Love and peace.

Lol, I dare you get on a plane to china without a visa, then hop into a boat and enter into north Korea.

When the guards point an AK47 at you, say "it's my right to be here!" lol

How is this view not seen similarly to racism, large groups of people keep others out simply because they're different in some way, every human has the inherent right to travel freely the earth, how do people justify it to themselves?

Party at your house then?

... They are Irish, yet want to live in Essex ...
Agree that, why on earth would anyone want to live in Essex

... Most of these 'travellers' are claiming benefits ...
I take it that you are a Claimants Officer in Crays Hill then

... They buy land, and with no planning permission, set up Europes biggest traveller site. ...
I suspect that this is once again a 'statistic' that you have made up on the spot

I'll make you a daisy chain and we can both go and spread the love to North Korea ;)

I find it somewhat disturbing that your obviously old enough to vote, have sex and have free access to the internet!

What about the people that live on that land already.

What about all the people that work hard and pay taxes that the travellers take.

What about the fact that they increase crime and reduce the value of the properties around them.

For every little thing you give them, you take it from someone else.

If we cut them off from society then they would not survive. They are a parasite in a lot of cases and deserve little to nothing.

I say we make radiation's home our own! He clearly shares the view!

Nah, we should all flit round the world like beautiful butterflies on the winds of peace. Society would survive and prosper when everyone does what they fancy with no regard for their fellow humans.

This philosophy of self-interest and indifference to the concerns and welfare of others is of course shared by most people, not just the 'Travellers' at Dale Farm.

Do you think that the Bankers destroyed the economy out of regard for their fellow humans?

Do you think that Rupert Murdoch publishes his rags out of regard for his fellow humans?

What we really need is belief in a BIG SOCIETY!
