I once had a friend who was addicted to wow. He became fat - addicted to take-away pizza's -, spotty and very unsocial.
Unfortunately, he died at a fairly young age, whilst playing wow with a full bucket next to him.
hahhaha, when some of the TFU lot started playing wow again, i remember the verbal abuse we got from goon about how we are all saddos and he would never play that fairy loving hippy crap, FPS is where its at and he would never play wow.
Wow has always been the same story for me i will play it for a few months get leveled and geared up and just get bored and stop playing.
I was tempted to resub the other day but it would only be the same old story so i decided it delete my game folder instead.
The idea of totally starting again appels to me though maybe on the horde side since i never really had a horde before. I might also be a achivmeant horde trying to do as many as the achivmeants as possible to add a bit extra to the game.
Can any one reccomend me a good horde guild or server to start again on.
Oh can some one send me a Scroll of Resurrection invite so i get some free time to see if i get back into it, of course if i resub u will get a months free play. Any one willing to do so i will pm my details
That's not really the reason why I don't like WoW. The reason I don't like it is that I find it a very limited MMO. It's a good MMO for some people though, just not enough in it for me.
WoW addiction? Yeah, I've been there, done that, but only confined to year 2006. The further away from vanilla the game became, the less addicted I became, then I gave up in January 2010.

I gave up on March 2008, I couldn't even make it to the lich king, WoW sucked after vanilla. I think the only reason I even played in BC is because I had a really tight group of guildies/friends.
Yeah burring crusade was a bit meh for me as well i always found it borring getting from 60-70, i guess thats why most of my alts are in the level 60 range.
I enjoyed playing my death knight at that level as they was so overpowerd you could do a lot of the group quests on your own.
Thankfully there's no chance of me going fat and spotty, i'm in the gym 3 mornings a week, play and train football 2 times a week and play on the weekend, Plus i'm ex amature boxer so keeping fit is quite simple.
