The Dambusters was on Channel 4 earlier. See if you can guess how the politically correct morons at Channel 4 decided to re-write history when the Möhne was breached? Not to mention the loss of lip synch and a quick cutaway any time a certain canine was mentioned! :rolleyes:

Now, I remember this film being on the very same channel about 6 months back. It wasn't censored then, so what's changed in the last 6 months?
 
Just pc gone mad, I bet the people who complained where white as well :rolleyes:

I need to buy the dvd before they censor that as well.

Anyone heard the 'Album Version' of 'Gold Digger' by Kanye West??... If he can say it about 20 times in 4 minutes, and sell quite a few albums without 'Insulting' anyone, why can't they leave our good old institutions (Damn Busters, 633 Squadren, Great Escape) alone!! :mad:

Guy Gibsons's dog was named '******' and when he got killed on the morning of Operation Chastise they changed the codeword for a successful breach of the Möhne to '******' in memory of the dog. So by editing out this so called 'offensive' word, they have messed around with one of the greatest military operations ever pulled off, and also the memory of the guys who carried it out!
 
Hope when the film gets remade, it does it's duty to those who died, and keeps the black labrador called ******.

yes it must incite thoudands of people to go do whatever is happening in the film what bs :mad: i especially hate this when a film your waiting to watch is cancelled cause of a similar type action in time.
 
Why dont you all complain?

Hopefully it will get noticed, as it only seems to take one person to complain to get something else taken of the air.

It said I should get a reply within 7 days. I think the newspapers should pick up on this story. That movie is a classic piece of British history.
