What if corporations/businesses get together and blacklist/agree to deny him employment/services for being a wrongthink pariah, that seems to be the way we are heading. It's already happening on social media.

It's fair game because they're private companies right? you play by their rules etc.

It will go on for every if people keep getting outraged on other people's behalf.

If i i posted a picture of a dog with the same comment would people jump to some conclusion about calling the mother a dog, or would some see it as me calling someone a bitch, or maybe insinuating the father has hair that looks like the dogs.
Basically people see what they want to see, if you see it as racist, your part of the problem.

I don't think the guy should've been sacked but it's clearly easy to see how it can be viewed as racist. We grew up getting made monkey and chimp noises at or in the case of some footballers, they get bananas thrown at them.

In this day and age some people are a bit too quick to find offence where there is none but it isn't a reach to see why people are offended. The whole "you think it's racist therefor it is" thing doesn't really work here. He was just being very insensitive or ignorant of the larger picture.

It people want things to move on, how about justs seeing it for what it is. A monkey in a funny photo.

As someone else said, his timing was off. Had he did this between Kate and William there would be no one batting an eyelid. A mixed race lady enters the fray and this pops up. Not hard to see why people think it's poor taste
