Daredevil - Born Again (Marvel TV) Disney+

Looks the same as the netflix series tbh. Same violence, at least from the trailer.

I doubt I will watch this. I did enjoy the (4 or 5) Netflix Marvel shows at the time, but I dunno who wanted a sequel to continue the story after such a long time. Plus, I guess you have to watch Echo to understand more about Fisk and that show also doesn't interest me!

Christ really pulling in everyone aren't they, was that jigsaw and Bullseye? (Watched it on my phone so might be mistaken).

Good trailer apart from the last 10 seconds or so.

Is it the same Marvel affair where they show the entire story in a 90 second trailer?

The Netflix Daredevil series was fantastic (I actually liked all of 'The Defenders' apart from the actual show and Iron Fist) so I am on board for more.

That doesn't look bad at all. I was expecting the violence to be toned down for Disney, but that looks acceptably brutal.

Well they did a Deadpool movie so the squeaky clean image is long gone.

Looks like it should be great. Big fan of the series on Netflix and there are rumours we're getting another Punisher series as well.

It's not a follow on from the Netflix series as such, it's a reboot. He could be alive

He's not in the trailer either way. And there's really no reason to think he will return. Time will tell, but there's plenty in the trailer to suggest they are following the Netflix continuity, and nothing to suggest any major retcons (like a character coming back to life).

I'm not sure that is accurate. There are loads of references to what has come before in the trailer - I can't see why they would make major changes. But then this is also based on comics, where nobody stays dead!

It's both a reboot and not. Marvel of late has a habit of changing their minds. Originally they said it was a clean reboot with no association to the netflix show hence they were going to keep the parts they liked like Charlie Cox and drop the actors for Foggy and Karen. Since then probably due to the negativity to their other shows they u turned and decided the original netflix series is now canon to the MCU. It's starting to get as messy as DC movie management lol.
