Wondering if anyone else has pre-ordered/looking forward to this?

I thought that the demo was superb, not played any multiplayer yet though, will have to wait until Friday.

Yup got my Pre-order in

Demo was excellent and I love the steam engine.

Really looking forward to this now, although I think my uni work might suffer a bit hehe.

First game that I've bought since HL2: Ep1 as I don't have that much time or spare money. It was a toss-up between DM and Company of Hero's. I liked both Demo's but I'm more of a FPS type than a RTS. Might get CoH once I've finnished with this.

It's not called the steam engine, it's the source engine. Steam is the distribution platform. The only thing they have in common is that valve made them both.

The demo didnt work properly for me until I set it to run on one core. No idea about the full game.

Yeah i can't wait for this one, i really enjoyed the demo, i thought it was ace. The only decent thing i've seen to be honest since getting a gx2 and man it looks sweet on it. Having seen the review in the new PCZone i'm a little bit worried it's not going to be as good as i hoped. It only scored 84%. Still will find out Thursday/Friday i guess.

It got 88% in PC Gamer though, so average is going up! Still from the demo and all of the previews I thought it would be scoring higher.

i had nothing but trouble with the demo. Once i got into the enemy keep after going over on the rope lift thingy it just ket crashing. Id have to reboot and replay it and it would allow me to play for about 2 mins more than before before it would crash again.

Impressive though, i did take my time in finding all the different ways of killing orks (?).

Strange it was fine for me. Have you got the dual core patchs from ms and amd?

I couldn't download the demo because of the filesize, would have gone over my bandwidth limit. But i did download the trailers and gameplay videos which i thought looked awesome. All the reviews i've read seem to show this as well. I think i'll definately be getting this

I played it @ i28 lan - we all got free codes to play it.. it took ages to load and gameplay only seemed to last about 1 hour max with a group of people.
