I was doing it up until about six months ago, where it just couldn't fit alongside my current day job, I'm repping atm all over the place so I could never make it to gigs. It would be great to go back to it at some point too. I ran and hosted my own comedy night for about 18 months too, until work got in the way.. performed for nearly three years though.

No, was earning a few quid here and there, and my night made some pocket money but truth be told you have to throw yourself into it 5+nights a week wherever the gigs are for several years to make it work. My life just doesn't support me doing that really.
 
Oh noes! I just called their mobile and it just rang and rang :p now they've got a missed call from me which means I can't do it again as another missed call would look awful :/
 
They may just be waiting to interview someone else before informing those who have made it through to the competency test/interview stage. In my current role it took them a few days from interview to job offer even though I was apparently the best candidate by a margin.

Sometimes they phone you the next day, sometimes it takes a while.

Guess it can't hurt to phone them though :).
 
I had a 3rd round interview on the 15th of July and they cannot tell me the result until the 6th of August... at least I know when I'm going to be told, but the wait is killing me.
 
When I went for mine I was told I'd have to wait till 1-2 weeks to hear back from them as they had more people to interview etc.

Was called next day and started the day after.
Dat feel.

Yeah... For future reference, lunchtime is one of the worst possible times to call a company - especially on a Friday.
 
Waiting sucks! My interview was last Friday, the manager is away this week so next Tuesday is when they will interview the rest, hopefully find out by this time next week.

Hope you get a positive phone call soon :D!
