Only reason I said about the seats is I do use the car socially, and whilst I may find the seats comfortable, a lot of people won't
Unless you've got seriously overweight friends (who should be banned for ruining the power-to-weight
) I never met ONE person, old or young, male or female, who found them uncomfortable. Fantastic seats. Anyway, my only complaint about mine was that it was too much of an "all or nothing" car. Boring out of VTEC, but not enough opportunities to use VTEC (cameras, traffic, bumps etc).
If your going to get one Phate, have a watch of the BMI videos. Theres some brilliant ones about 96 v 98 spec, and how they are made... definately worth a watch.
If your considering one of these, personally I think your mad not to also look at EK9 CTR's which hold their money exceptionally well. Equally as capable IMO and a bit more rare
(Loltim on here has one that is up for sale I think, exceptional standard of condition and very very keenly priced.. but not sure if he is still selling it, give him a shout)

Theres an EK9 For sale up here that has had engine work done by spoon for sale.
But aye, The DC2 is a mega fun car and Vtec is awesomeness
Do you mean it's got a Spoon computer and air filter or it has actually had work carried out by Spoon?
Any more details on the EP3 that binned it at the MM7?
And LOL at Tim's EK9 pestering the grunter in the estate on that bend.
Oh, and if you want rid of the DC2 Recaros, I know an EP3 that'd like them.
Actually, don't get rid of them. The EP3 seats are good, but the DC2's are much better.

£1500 seems reasonable to me considering my age (21), a not so clean license and area..
Oh, and if you want rid of the DC2 Recaros, I know an EP3 that'd like them.
I don't necessarily want rid of them, just saying some not so extreme but still very good seats might be a better option and want to know if they'll fit
I remember when I sat in Neils DC2, they came in a bit tight around the stomach
, which I didn't care, but I do have very broad shoulders and I'm not overly tall so it didn't make them all that comfortable

And yeh I know that very EK9, and want it a lot. Prefer the looks of the Teg tbh
