DCS:- Black Shark 2

Just bought Black Shark from steam on sale when I try to start a mission or anything else I cant get it out of pause tried changing the keyboard key but still stuck in pause looks like a great heli sim if i ever get to play it.
Got it unpaused had to push my FN KEY an my PRINT SCREEN KEY remapping the pause key does not work for some stupid reason had to use the default setting.
This game looks great got everything on easy first just for fun flying.

WOW thats a large detailed manual ive just downloaded think i might print it out on my colour laser printer will be easier for me to learn.

It is possible some other software is grabbing the Pause key. If you are changing the binding in DCS note the sim has 2 sets of key Binding Profiles. There is one profile for the Arcade Game mode and one for the Sim mode.

You will see on the Options page for changing the Keys, in the top left hand corner, the selection box for Ka-50Sim and KA-50Game. Try changing the Pause Key for both.

Also be sure that DCS is run as administrator or your key profiles changes may not work.

If you still have no luck try asking on the offical forums http://forums.eagle.ru/index.php

So I bought DCS1 on the steam sale, and it turns out steam have over-sold it. They don't have enough keys :|

Looks like it'll be a while before it gets sorted, too.

Note the highlighted bit about new/on sale purchases.

And note ED's response in this thread that they are in contact with valve, and have confirmed there is nothing more ED can do about the situation..

I've clocked up 100+ hours in the Ka-50 already. My last purchase was through D2D though and I didn't have the will power to search for the key, so I bought it on Steam in the sale. :)

Kind of ironic that I was getting all impatient to find out that my joystick is useless, and I can't justify buying a replacement.
