The new Gigabyte Mobo i just got says the following :

"DDR2 1333+ is supported with combination of AM3 processors and qualified memory modules"

and does that mean i would need to use DDR2 1333+ befor i can use a 6 core CPU , ..

Ill post the Mobo specs

Nope, just means you can use 'up to' 1333Mhz RAM with it. Go for some 1066MHz sticks, more than fast enough and doesn't have the silly premium that higher clocked DDR2 sticks have.

DDR-133 OC mean you need is overclock so if you install DDR2-1066 then overclocker your CPU then RAM would run up to 1333 that a max not by more than 1333mhz..
