Everyone seems to automatically de-tango their cars. So did I actually, but I put the orange ones back on within a day as it looked loads better. It looks fine on some cars
The only way to get clear side repeaters, other than to fabricate some myself, is to replace the entire wing with UK spec ones and buy some UK spec clear side repeaters. I have no idea why the JDM and UK cars have them in different places.
