dead cat

I was reading through this thread looking for the "nuke" and "ovaries" replies, shockingly it has not been mentioned

Jokes aside, I would bury it. Treat it with a bit of dignity like the owner would have done. :)
yeah

if your feeling extra nice keep a look out in local papers for "missing cats adds"

definelty nicer to be told your cats dead than wait for it to come home for week

Well it happened to me.

Little Che was found by a distant neighbour in the road this morning. They took the body to the local vet. She had no collar or microchip. So she went around houses all around my street and left a little card describing the cat she found, at what time and left contact details for the vets and herself.

A courtesy we very much appreciated and one which will allow us to bring some closure.

They're all characters and all very much loved.
We'll remember Che for her mischief and permanently happy mood.

Rest in peace Che.

Very sorry. I assume she was an indoor cat seeing as you had no collar/chip?

No. A chip, collar and neutering were on the "to-do" list.

Thank you for your sympathy.

Sorry about your cat Andy.
