Had a lot of fun playing Dead Island years ago, so looking forward to this.

It was announced 8 years ago, https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/e3-2014-dead-island-2.18605282 . But I am a huge fan of Dead Island, very underrated. The greatest weakness was coop, its an excellent game solo. Considering that every review i saw was in coop its no wonder it reviewed so badly. Riptide was better albeit a bit too short.

Indeed but it a new team and a restart to it all basically with them moving engines etc. So good to get a fresh new look at it. Need to see more gameplay but if they giving demos to people then that is at least somewhere now after all that time.

Played through both DI and DI Riptide, then got Dying Light, still burned out from zombie games TBH.
Looks fun!
Unfortunately, The first one, along with Borderlands and Dying Light make me feel queasy for some reason, so I'll probably have to miss this too.
Interesting, (or not) the little camera wobble when he first walks out the door in the trailer was enough to make me a little queasy.

Been an age since I last played Dead Island, but I think Dying Light is far superior.

Feb 3rd, that's years away 
It is EGS only for a year, so for me effectively it is year and a half away still. Which is fine, EGS people can betatest it, I am sure there will be lot of patches and DLCs anyway.
