Dead Set On E4

Looking forward to a finale but in 30 minutes I don't think anything spectacular will happen tbh.

If it was an hour long finish like the hour long start it might be worth it a bit more.

Still been entertaining, best character is the producer imo :)

think it was after last nights episode that they displayed the "full feature length dvd"???

so basically was probably ment as a proper film style experiance or whatever but they cut into weena chunks and ruined the atmosphere of the whole thing.

just can't get past the "this episodes finished in about 20 minutes so not much is gonna happen" feel.

should do what american producers do, 40 minutes over an hour for each episode then you can really get the audience wrapped up in the plot, ala prison break/24 etc

Well he blatantly didn't kill umm, ah yes Kelly's boyfriend (legshot maybe? shoulder?), so they're going to send a group out to rescue him. Somehow the horde of zombies will break the main gate down while they're out and come charging through, killing a few of the rescuers before managing to break into the house, where I guess one sole survivor will be left sitting in that eviction room chair as we go to the finishing credits. Hopefully not the git that is the show's producer though.

heh, you really thought this through. so is tonight going to be the last episode ever?

Hopefully so! (of Dead Set anyway)

I wouldn't mind a fully-blown zombie series although I wonder how they'd be able to flesh it out beyond feature-film sort of length, maybe have the epidemic experienced in real-time akin to 24?

Very disappointing. After watching the first episode I thought it had a lot of promise but it didn't actually go anywhere.

They just ripped off some of the most memorable Zombie film deaths and completely forgot about a story. It could've easily passed as 'The 100 Greatest Zombie Film Deaths'.

thats what i meant by the folks at endemol have an easy job.

it was basically 28 days later vs. big brother. just another ad for that crap show really.
