Dead SSD?

Last Thursday my machine crashed and upon reboting it said the drive was inaccessible (error was something like 0x000000e) managed to get it detected again in the Windows install. Went to work and came home to the same error, and again it was 'solved' by re-installing Windows. Now it's happened again and I've tried changing the SATA and power cable and that's not the issue.

The drive is a OCZ Vertex 2 60GB.

I had a similar thing with Vertex 1's, the PC crashed, stuck at detecting SATA in BIOS then eventually flagged up an error about no boot media, reinstall solved it for about 3 hours then they done the same thing. I RMAed but if you go on their support site I think there are instructions on how to do a destructive flash which seems to work.

I've started the RMA process but I'll give that Destructive Flash a shot.
