Dealing with THAT bitch at work, how do you manage it?

I had a problem with a bloke who would keep sneering at me. This lasted for about 6 months during that time i would just smile or pretend not to notice. Then one day he done it again, and i snapped and yelled at him and got very angry. This really took him back as im a very polite and quiet lad, he said sorry and made his getaway pretty quick
After that we were fine and were pretty good work mates now
But there is one bloke who is still doing it (been like it for 3 years now) and he knows i cant do nothing about it. Hes union rep, and very aggressive with all that comes with these powers and has the rest of the work force careful in what they do. He blanks team managers and can be a little intimading towards them without doing anything really (if that makes sense).
Ive got a job interview soon and if i get that job, im gonna make sure i see him. Then ill wait for the sneer and im gonna get shouty at him
