*** Death Stranding 2 *** (Please use spoiler tags)

This game cracks me up at times. For the next mission you need to traverse the entire map. And now back again. Thank goodness for roads and vehicles that can handle most terrain in this game vs the last.

I've been playing way too much. Maxing out all the delivery stations and building roads as I go. Not going to bother with a Zip-line network, this time around.

Still yet to learn about creating roads, do you put down roads just where needed or a complete road from one delivery station to another?

For anyone looking to do the Platinum, take care to get the 10 Elimination/Destruction quests done. I'm missing out 1 for the "Do 10 of each type of delivery" trophy and it's costing me a load of time doing deliveries i don't need to do in he hope i get the right type of mission.

Where can you see how many you've done of each type?

Game has a big map, but makes me traverse the same path over and over - hilarious walking simulator

I recreated buying DS2 but I'm trying to push through

In-game can only see if you search for the Order type in the Order menu and manually adding up which type you have done with each NPC. If the trophy has not popped, it's going to be those Elimination/Destruction Orders that you're missing as there only seems to be 20 in the game, where there are literally hundreds of the Delivery and Recovery type Orders - so it's impossible to not do 10 of each if you complete the game. You can see how many overall deliveries you're missing in the trophy popup overlay.

Ah ok, yeah I thought there was maybe an easier way to see numbers completed for each category. Good to know there's a limited number of elim/destruction ones though. I've mostly avoided those for now but I'll start doing them when I see them.

Managed to open the map to F2 South distribution centre but there is a spot around the Mine North of F1 which is not on the chiral network. I'm wondering if I missed a mission to open this up. Would have made it much easier to perform the main order back to West Fort Knot!

Still playing this but I'm definitely losing interest, same as I did with the first.
I probably spent too much time building bridges and delivering parcels that the story now the just gets in the way, feel like it's just repetitive dialogue and scenes to skip.

I'll see it to the end but it feels like two separate games as did the first.

I feel the repetition but it still has me hooked. I'm happy just bumbling along setting up zip lines and jump ramps around the mountains.

I can't remember what unlocked it exactly but I remember playing more and eventually one of the terminal orders sent me in that direction.

I finished it yesterday.. Great game but god damned its utterly bonkers.. I do wonder what HK is on while he is writing this stuff...

Oh.. Damn Lucy is the most unprofessional Psychotherapist ever..

I finished the story over the weekend. I loved every minute of it...it's like some kind of weird fever dream being played out in front of your eyes lol.

Now to max out all of the delivery terminals and bases... oh fun.

Make sure you always do the Terminal Fort Knox and Mr. Impossible orders, as priority, so they are always on cooldown. As there limited Orders for them, and hardly any lost cargo.

Thanks for the tip. I unlocked Mr Impossible last night and noticed immediately that theres nothing for him. What about the Pizza Chef? I swear I haven't seen a single thing to be delivered to him?

You have to find a specific bit of lost cargo for the Pizza Chef. I think you can always find this cargo in the enemy camp east of the Inventor.

It's funny. As soon as I typed my previous comment I booted the game up, moved forward about 10 yards and pressed L1 - that piece of cargo was right in front of me lol.

This game man. I'm only have the time to plug around 4/5 hours a week in to this but I'm still only on chapter 7, after 22 hours of playing.
The Motherhood. Left hand is inverted just coz they're chiral hands dummy! I still have not got a damn clue what is going on!
I've only done a few sides so far, mostly aligning with the route defined by the main orders. However, I had a shock when using the tram to travel from F2 to F1 – I stupidly got off at the Mine, thinking it was F1, as the screen prompts you to depart. I quickly realised my mistake, but fortunately, the game was forgiving, and all my junk and vehicle had been delivered to F1 and were waiting for me!
