Decent temps for an H60 with my setup?

Just wondering if my temps are good or not with the setup i have
I currently have the radiator attatched to the top of the case with a fan on the radiator pushing the air out of the top of the case, i have a spare fan which I could also attatch to the radiator under the other side, but am unsure whether or not to just leave it as an exhaust fan on the back
Am currently running at around 4.2ghz with a vcore of 1.2 and idle temps are around 28-32 under full load with prime after about 10-15 goes to around 80c
I'm wondering possibly if pump needs reseating? One core can jump to 44 on idle and then back to say 28
Using realtemp sensor test 3 of the cores are around the same say 21-24 but 4th core is 17, would this suggest what i'm thinking?
Water pump and fans are working correctly i've checked, might have to get some thermal paste tomorrow and try and reseat the pump if thats possibly what the problem is? Would arctic silver 3 be a good one to use?
I want to be able to do some overclocking once I know this is set up correctly

It is not unusual for 1 core to be hotter than the others, i wouldn't worry

Prime tends to really overheat cores, use RealBench as a stability test.

Ate those temps fairly decent though for this cooler? I've got some tweaking to do anyway as my vcore is currently set to auto as it's a new system I will be trying some overclocking later I know auto vcores can make temps inaccurate as well

First off, throw out Prime, its old and not inaccurate.
I use Real bench as a test, it more realistic in it's load.

To be safe remove, clean and remount the Cooler with fresh paste.
By all means sort out a manual voltage, Auto tends to over volt in over stressful situations (IE using Prime)

retest and tell us your temps again :)

What's a good thermal paste replacement for the pre supplied one on the pump? I used to use artic silver 3 but I heard that's not much good anymore and there's better alternatives

Ok, so got the thermal paste and re-applied it and reseated the aio, running at 4.5ghz with a vcore of 1.295 im getting temps at full load of around 72-73 max at about 77 in occt, is this good?
Sensor test in realtemp is all over the place, but not sure how accurate it actually is

pretty sure OCCT does the same tests are Prime ? IE unrealistic ones.

I could be wrong.

I just use realbench and then actually play some games
