Good stuff, cracking car the GT4 and as a platform to develop like most Porsche's superb, if you have the budget. I hear the gear ratios thing a lot when tracked, too long.

Moving to the GT4 from the M3 must be a game changer, one is a tail waggler that struggles for traction and the GT4 is like a planted go-kart in comparison.

I was in a stage 4.25 GTR before this. It feels awesome but I do admit to missing the straight line power of the GTR. I like to try different cars though and as an overall package it's a beautiful thing.

They are too long. One of the only areas where the car is not exceptional. Croft, for example is barely out of third gear and dropping to 1st at the hairpin feels a bit wrong.

Yep I am all for that, something I should really do as I could be switching between SVR, GT4, F430, GT3, AMG GTS, R8 V10 as they are all around the 80-100k mark but I kind of just like to hang on to certain cars and I really like the SVR, the power is intoxicating but its also a good handling car that likes to slide around when provoked. Just gonna pay SVR off and then see how I feel next year.

That M3 v GT4 video was really enjoyable!

Congratulations on the new car. Does this come with rev matching. If so can it be fully turned off?

The rev matching function comes on when you push the sport button. It can be switched off :)
