Does that affect the ability to restore at an earlier point? before you installed the 'latest' windows update and used a previous version - which you'll end up clearing with this tool.

So glad they added this to Win7 one of the great features i liked about Win8
i reformat my main machine every 12months or so because of the WinSxS bloat now i don't need to and now we don't desperately need SP2 either
