DELETED_5350

when i 1st got my mini cooper at 17 i had the same problem getting insurance i was getting stuff from 2-4k. the best bet is just to go on confused then find the best price then ring them up play one company off another seemed to worked well as i got mine fully comp for 1200 with agreed 5.5k value and 250 excess. Think over 2 years ncb im paying something like 550 which isnt to bad i suppose.

make sure you have parents on as named drivers (if there licences are clean) as it will cut it down loads.
doesnt really matter even, putting my father on my insurance with an SP50 only added about 20 quid, whereas having him on took it down 300 quid, well worth it.

Ive just got my provisional, Phoned up today to get put on my dads insurance...

£3800 is the cheapest, thats on a Mk2 2.0 Mondeo.

Its a joke.
