yea usa obviouslt arent new to this wars business...

athanor will log on soon asking what your doing about it... maybe hes one of the US military people who aparently are paid to keep an eye and sway the topic of discussion on social networks we have all read about
http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/mar/17/us-spy-operation-social-networks
The US military is developing software that will let it secretly manipulate social media sites by using fake online personas to influence internet conversations and spread pro-American propaganda.

A Californian corporation has been awarded a contract with United States Central Command (Centcom), which oversees US armed operations in the Middle East and Central Asia, to develop what is described as an "online persona management service" that will allow one US serviceman or woman to control up to 10 separate identities based all over the world.
you are one of these spies athanor? noones beeing sent to die either... doesnt take courage to bomb a country with airplanes they cant reach or to send cruise missiles from thousands of miles away...

no one forced britain to choose a side in a cival war either

Yes, yes that's me... Secret Agent Athanor of the United States Secret Suppression Service... (sorry, couldn't be bothered to make up an entertaining acronym!)

..if you think the UK declaring war on Syria would involve no deaths in the UK military you're more naive than I thought...

well we can just sit back hassle gaddafi and let syria carry on with the killings... they now claim LOL

Syrian security forces are continuing their crackdown on anti-government protests across the country, with army tanks shelling the third city of Homs.

but they arent protestors they are
The Syrian government insists it is pursuing "armed terrorist gangs".

It says it has seized arms and ammunition as well as 150 motorbikes it says the "terrorists" were using to launch attacks.

UN shows it cares
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called on Syria to take a softer line.

"I urge again President [Bashar al-]Assad to heed calls for reform and freedom and to desist from excessive force and mass arrest of peaceful demonstrators," he told journalists.

He said he was disappointed that Syria had not yet allowed an international aid assessment team access to Deraa, where the unrest began in March, despite assurances from Mr Assad.

keep protecting those civilians..

the international criminal court are requesting arrest warrants for gaddafi and his sun ..
http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/Wo..._To_Issue_Arrest_Warrants_For_Gaddafi_And_Son

http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/Wo..._After_Israeli_Troops_Open_Fire_Along_Borders
can the world only go after the weak countries and just ignores the ones that might fight back?

why does the west suport countries like israel that are no better than the countries like syria and libya

Actually the president of Sudan has an ICC arrest warrant on his head already for war crimes.

so why doesnt the west care about his warrant? oh they are hittinh him where it hurts with economic sanctions

we all know any arrest warrant issued against gaddafi will be a valid reason to turn him into a "target" acording to how it will all end up translated in cameron and sarkhozy's heads

they have obviously been trying anyway so they dont look like fools if gaddafi stays in power, its almost as if they bet an election campaign on winning a war and turning into heros..

obama seems to have been a bit smarter and stayed well clear of libya.

The US has now been involved in this conflict for 60 days without explicit approval from Congress which means it is officially an illegal war according to the War Powers Act.

Another American nut job with an axe to grind.

Any link that starts off with "So says Mo-Barack...." and then questions his birth certificate really cannot be taken too seriously. It's rubbish.

Never mind the messenger, what about the message. Here is an alternative source although there are many if you google, it is a fact the US has now been involved for 60 days and has not sought explicit Congressional approval hence it is illegal.

The messenger does count and lol guess what, another meaningless link. You can post them until the cows come home. Funny how none of it is main stream. ;)

A few politicians (some right wing) with an axe to grind. So at the end of the day it's still rubbish.

These mainstream enough? Perhaps RT is 'right wing' ?

New York Times said:
Under the War Powers Resolution of 1973, a president must terminate such operations 60 days after he has formally notified lawmakers about the introduction of armed forces into actual or imminent hostilities. The Libya campaign will reach that mark on May 20.
Please explain why the War Powers Act doesn't apply to Libya.

Okay I think you're just trolling now so I'll end our discussion - I already explained why, perfectly clearly. And the links give further details if you are interested which you clearly are not.
