Dell 2407 arrived, couple of questions...

I'm using DVI.

Also to be on the safe side I tried it with VGA, same thing.

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's done it!! (Use Custom PC Colours, turn down to around 90, blue slighter higher maybe).

Now I can increase the brightness back up too

Guess I will get the screen calibrated as that should sort it good n proper.
