Enjoying hst? I love it
Full body, 2*15, 3*10, 3*5 (for 2 weeks each), then a week of PBs. Repeat for another cycle, then change to something else for a bit before inevitably returning to hst because I like it. The 15s are a lick out though aren't they.It was certainly a change from what I'd normally be doing

Tried a squat PB today, failed the 130kg which I'm fine with,never had that weight on my back before so meh.
Ended up doing 120kg before, happy with that seeing as I've not touched that weight in a few years.
