so if i download this, does it download a 'setup' file that i can stick on a disc and reinstall whenever i wish?

or

does it install all the files like steam does so if i uninstall @ some point i have to re-download again?

Download the game > Right click on game in Impulse 'Games' area > Select 'Archive Application' > Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Impulse\backup > Burn file to CD or backup on alternate drive

To reinstall game at later date - Download and install Impulse > Place backup files in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Impulse\backup > Left click on Orb in top-left of Impulse app > Left click 'Restore Archive' > Double left click on the file you placed there > Follow instructions > Let Impulse download any game updates > Play!

ahh ty, downloaded impulse, as it happens i already have an account with them lol. so, downloading Demigod now and getting some discs later. :)
 
Just left it downloading through impulse when i went out. Got back and it was as if i hadnt downloaded anything as when i selected install it started the download again :confused:.

The leader board will be reset in the coming week/weeks once the online side of the game is fully fixed, as mentioned in one of the update points.

I did this myself, and not Sins has a expantion pack, which I may buy at a later date :)
 
I get really bad performance with the game, even with everything as low as possible... My computer is moderately old but it shouldn't be playing as bad as it is :(
 
Was crashing all the time for me in win 7 (7057) and vista 64 :(


Took the shroud off my gfx card and found it was completely solid with dust, cleaned it up and now it runs fine on both :p

Damn dust :D
