Denon amp decision help :(

Sorry if I have missed anything but I don't know why you are going for the 2105. I thought they stopped making it and brought the 2106 out. Anyway I had a 2105 and it couldnt handle my speakers and blew up so I bought the 2807 which I now want to marry.

How did it blow up? I have read nothing but praise about this amp.
I dont think the 2807 can be compared in the price range.

No it can't really but I wasn't happy with the performance of the 2105.

It blew up cause it couldnt handle the long term effect of my speakers. Sounds silly but it blew up 2 times. New amp each time.

so you are using one or other part of the equipment wrongly - shouldnt really blame the amp imo

yeh using it wrong.... how? I used it the same as my current 2807 and that hasn't blow up. The amp and speakers were noted in What Hi-Fi as being a perfect setup. It was the amp.

12 year warranty is good en all but like I said it happened 2 times and I wanted my money back. Superfi didn't return my emails or letters so I took them to the small claims court. They paid up just before the verdict.

I used stoneaudio.co.uk. Very nice customer service there :)
