Dentists... 8mins = £41!

So I go to my dentist for a check up... He has a leasurly look at my teeth and declares all is fine. 8 minutes I was in the chair... £41 :rolleyes:

Private, I always ask for them to be cleaned properly etc, and I usually get x-rays.

MUCH better value for money than my old NHS dentist. My record was 3minutes in the chair. I kicked off that time.

They do know how to charge. When i was going private i paid £800 for a root canal on one of my back teeth. I desparately needed it doing. It was a very sad day

Actually, £41 is cheap, the one i go to cost £60 for a check up !
