I work in an IT department, our office at head office is at the back of the 3rd floor, and people will just barge in "oh my God fix it fix it" but we just ask them to email us.

I've been asked to create an A3 notice on the door telling them what to do, and then to lock the door. I think I might incorporate some of these into the notice...
