I actually prefer the power symbol, as it's 'out of the ordinary' and adds a little something to the logo, but without being gimmicky.

With that said, I would alter the power symbol so it wasn't quite so obvious. It's hard to explain, but if the | intersecting the O wasn't quite so long (inside and outside of the O) I think it might work. Maybe square of the edges of the | too :)

However, if Spie or whoever is choosing the final result doesn't like the power symbol, then your modified bunch work equally as well.

I've read this entire thread - and yours is firmly at the top spot, amongst some stiff competition.

first time on the forums :)

I based this around the infinity symbol being the O and C
also included are greyscale, limited colour and 1colour versions - all available as vector EPS
anyway, hope u like them

Unless you join in the L4D zombie bashing then I might let you off. Honestly though, awesome logo's mate !

Nice entry, the OC doesn't come across as strongly as it should but it looks polished.

Wish people would give up with the gloss though. Gloss doesn't get printed.
 
Is there any chance of having a user poll to see which ones the forumites like best... I know it's all up to the management to ultimately choose the best logo but it'd be interesting to see which one the customers/users liked best :)
