It can technically be embroidered too as glossed sections are just those made to look lighter so a lighter colour does the trick.

true but then thats not a proper "gloss" effect. You cant "fountain fill" in embroidery. The traditional way at least, the way you do with gloss effects. Lenses, transparencies etc cant be properly represented in embroidery the way they are in print. You can get round them by doing it the way you said but this look nasty as the proper gradient isnt shown. ;)

Both knocked up with Excel, may artistic skills are slim to say the lease but I think some of the designs are far to complicated.

EDIT: May work better with a bigger gap before the UK as it looks like OVERCLOCKERSUK?
