Thanks a lot for the support guys, fingers crossed ;)

Oh, by the way, I have a full length version of that logo (OverclockersUK) that I can show if required/requested.

Wouldn't like my entry to be discounted because it only shows the shortened version (OcUK).

Spie - let me know if this is required.

Slackworth is spot on. I may not have the slightest clue when it comes to creating logos, but it seems obvious that reflections and glossy effects tend not to work as soon as you reduce the colour palette, and busy logos don't stick in the memory. I'm not surprised the 'pros' have done well.

I didn't mean they were ordinary because they didn't have any drop shadows, glows or other crap you dont want to see on logos, i meant they were ordinary because none of them really stand out

but look at all great logos, there all "ordinary"

Wha? huh? I think there must be a mistake, mine doesn't seem to be there! :( :p

On a serious note, very well done to the finalists, my money is on katie's but I quite like Diggsy's too!

well done

congrats to the 3 finalists, my vote would have to be Diggsy. Loved it from it was first posted. confined and destinct logo, which is very well produced.
Katies is also a very elegant logo. But Diggsy's just pips it for me.
