Do you have a link to that wallpaper please? :p

heres another of mine, I got myself a DVI switch, so now I can use the mac without having to pull out cables and reconnect :)

Another addition is the AirPort Extreme, lovely little router, allows me to make wireless backups of the mac and also stream media to both machines. I've networked the PS3 to it and I gonna try to set that up as a media server for now.

Hi n1blo! Love your room, such a nice setup you have there :)

May I ask what laptop that is on your desk, and what size screen it has?

Cheers mate, its a 13" MacBook Pro.
Bought it as a present to myself on my 21st.
Always considered myself a windows fanboy, but since buying that, I'd always pay the premium for an Apple laptop.

hiya mate. sweet setup.

I am thinking about getting a macbook pro, the 13 inch one.

What do you think of it?

Is that a G70?

What's a G70?
I've only got the G9, G11 and G13.

Thanks r2d2, it's not as nice as yours but hopefully getting there! :)
Well I was toying with getting the mid-range 15", but in the end I just got the 2.26Ghz, my mate has the 15" and I would say there's very little in it perfomance-wise.

It's a cracking machine, everything it claims to do it just does.
I mainly use it for typing, web browsing, music & photo editing.
If your in the market for a portable laptop, for general use, for me there wouldn't be anything else I'd reccomend.

Obviously with the 9400M it's not the best suited to games. That would be the only fault, but then notebook graphics are renowned for being sluggish.

Monitors_jpeg.jpg

My home editing set-up. 2407 & 3007. Need to shift the room around to have the monitors backs facing the windows really but I've not noticed any massive colour varience so far.

Would love the Dells gone to be replaced with an Eizo ColourEdge, but selling monitors is such a bleedin hassle.

what a dwarfed 24 ady haha! epics :D, layout looks good and really useful which is always a win - epic fail tho! i need that tablet back middle of feb as we have some animation courses coming up sorry dude!

My student digs are constantly evolving :) (excuse the iphone pics >.< )

Started as this (the scariest desk in the world, very wobbly)

Evolved to this (the amazingly spacious Mikael from ikea ;) )
img0261k.jpg

The breakdown....
Screen - 720p tv (my eyes hurt :( roll on 24" monitor this week depending on weather ) and a Saitek Eclipse II (which has seen better days, being replaced tomorrow)
img0258na.jpg

MX518 and a Trust Predator game pad (both being replaced in the next few days :) ) and a gamecom 777 headset
img0259m.jpg

The rig ;) sexy as!

Then more niknaks from around the room :)
