*** Desk and Room Gallery***

Took a couple of pictures today as I had a tidy up. Keep it pretty tidy most of the time but this is the extreme side of it.

I want to redecorate the entire room; replace my current desk with a two metre Ikea surface; move shelving units directly behind the desk where there is currently one; move the drawers to where the brown TV stand is currently and get rid of that; and get a Overclockers watercooled system and either two or three monitor set up. Hope to do all this sometime this year when time and money allows.

Might want to invest in something to sit on :p

The Hazro on the previous page really caught my eye. It's a shame there were so many problems with them as they really look class.

Nope it's running Snow Leopard 10.6.2.

Not allowed to talk about it on here though as it's against the Apple user agreement to do it, but feel free to send me a message in trust.

I want this room.. is that a vaultboy i see?

Ha! Thanks :D

Yeah, that's a Fallout 3 Bobble head, I came the Fallout 3 Collector's edition (PC).

That's the 360 version, it contains all the same stuff, except mine was on PC and was about £20 cheaper.

I usually grab collector's editions if I see them on special offer, I like the figures and artbooks they usually come with.

I got the "Alone in the Dark" Collector's edition for cheaper than the standard one, weirdly enough.

The room isn't quite "finished" I've got to paint my shelves, but all my stuff was in another room that I needed to clear out, so I had to move it in prematurely.

Got enough mice in their dawg? :P

Tis a nice setup that, hopefully one day I'll have money/space for 3 monitors. (That match).

:D I've got another one of those keyboards under the worktop as well, on top of another PC I have (file server).

It's an MX5500 keyboard set, I got an extra set via a logitech warranty replacement.

Initially, I had an MX5500 keyboard set, which includes a bluetooth keyboard and an MX Revolution mouse, and I also had a standalone MX Revolution (and RF one).

The BT mouse's internal buttons for the left click worn away, so it'd double and triple click when I only clicked once, and the RF mouse's scroll wheel and receiver were knackered, so logitech sent me out a brand new MX 5500 set and RF MX Revo, and they didn't want the old ones.

So yeah, I managed to fix the problems with my broken mice by taking apart my two broken MX revos and combining the working parts out of them, so I ended up with 3 working MX revos and two keyboards. :D

The other keyboard not seen is a bit temperamental, but it's fine because I use it very rarely on the other PC, it's just nice and convenient to have a wireless keyboard I can use when I need to do something in its bios.

My desk is now setup... albeit temporary while I finish off exams. Prizes for guessing my favourite pizza company.
