So finally got my new computer room sorted got rid of the boxes afer moving in and it's actually a fairly decent size room now, just kinda wish i had a bigger desk, and it was easier to sit at.
was thinking of bringing my appletv,ps3 and xbox up but the gf moaned about that when i voiced the idea. Apparently she wants to play guitar hero in the frontroom.

One thing i notice is though - castor wheels on carpetit ruins mine.
Any suggestions to stop the carpet wearing out?
Not sure if the soft floor castors from ikea are worth it?
Used these before but they tend to crack up after time

An update on my room/computer area, just got a new sofa.
Kylew what shelving units are those you have above your desk ?
i tried looking on the ikea website but couldn't find anything that looked like those and they are exactly what im after.
They are black glass and yes you are right they are a pain to clean
