Had it years. I wish I could help you get one, but I got it from a local small independent electrical goods shop whose name escapes me. All it says on the bottom is Micromark 30619. I just realised it's meant to take max 35w, and I've been putting 50w lamps in. Well, seems ok so far. It weighs almost as much as my monitor, it's pretty heavy for a lamp. It's very good for angling the light around as you can see here.

I believe they improved the backlighting on later models and ironed out one or two other issues. It's very clear on mine during daylight, and I was worried it wouldn't be.
