My nearest ikea is either lakeside or nottingham and the delivery charge is like 35 quid. Parents are in the midlands so they are gonna pick it up on their way back. Hope it fits in there c max now :s
 
I reckon it will fit in a C Max, since the Volvo V50 estate I have is about the same size as a Focus estate and I was about half an inch short of being able to fit it in, thus the extra height the C Max has should allow the item to fit at an angle.
 
That's a nice dust magnet of a desk right there. :p Good improvement over the old one. :D

The cables even look respectable underneath the desk now imo. :D
All that I've got left to do now is put up 2 new shelves, put the L & R speakers on the wall and err actually paint the wall. -_-
 
Haha my room is like a disco at night with the light. Does my nut in haha

Also yeah the desk does like to get a lot of dust, but it seems to stick to the desk and the case stays a lot cleaner so it's a good thing :D
 
It's from staples. Was on sale down to £100 it's a smoked glass door front and top (top is detachable, held on with a few sticky pads) that's the only size. Really nice desk though and just fits in my room :L
 
well my desks arrived today, really simple to put together will post acouple of pics when i can find my camera, spent all day arranging them and still not 100% happy (need a bigger man cave)
 
Just rearranged everything again :D means I have a lot more space in the room that isn't taken up by kit :p and I have actually bothered to cable tidy everything :)

First though, my Cisco CCNA stuff arrived :D now i have to work out what to do with it.. :( :p








planning on getting a projector soon so will go here :)
