fair enough, you have a valid point, im the sort of person that has got used to the noise though
Ive put so much time and effort into making the internals of my pc neat, why would I then go and stick it under the desk were I cant see it.
(not to mention the amount of dust it will suck in as the intakes for my case are on the bottom)
I dont consider it a mistake to have the intake at the bottom. Amazing cooling in this case.
Posted here quite a bit recently. But I think I have it arranged how I want it for now, there is still plenty to do here (things need replacing, painting, etc).
I was looking at buying one of those Ikea Jonas desks (black/brown), only it looks like they've discontinued them.
Owaf how many times you baged your head sitting down?
I bet you've hit your head on that beam a few times lol.
What I currently use:
Hoping to move up into the attic when time allows, aint a lot of room in here now. Thats me up on the bed taking the photo and I've got a wardrobe directly to the right. Isn't going to be a lot of space left when I get the rather empty NZXT Phantom built and rocking 2x 27" monitors
Where's the cheapest place for a logitech g19?
Would love one but its not top of my list of priorities.
new IPS centre screen of goodness
I see what you mean, but the problem with cases on desks for me is that you hear so much more noise from them when they are raised up on the desk and near your face, if you put them under the desk it blocks a lot of the noise. I've found the best way to silence a pc is to put it under the desk ...and then worry about sound proofing, quiet fans etc. I have both but if I put my case on the deskI do hear a good deal more noise from it and I hate that. Also it takes up all that desk space, and I actually use the space on mine for doing paper work aswell as using my computer.
