*** Desk and Room Gallery***

I'm not good at taking photographs.

The black surface covering the entire desk is my newly acquired Boogie Bug XXL. Also note tactical towel placement for the negation of that nasty sunlight stuff.

Had a bit of a DIY come computer maintenance morning today.

Finally hung my monitor on the wall, looks a lot better than before. Got my rear LED lighting on as well, and changed my fans in my rig for some quieter ones and got rid of the dust whilst I was at it (no I didn't use Mr Sheen on the inside of my rig, could you imagine?)

Anyone got any advice for desk LED strip lighting?

I used 5m of the stuff for my 51" TV and I love the effect and want to replicate it at my PC desk but I'm not sure if it's better to light the back of the monitors or along the top-back edge of the desk, or both?

I have 2x20" monitors.

EDIT Pic of my desk

Managed to get hold of another 2 24" Samsung screens so at least they all match now ...IT Looks quite narrow in the pictures but the tank is 7.5 feet long

This set-up has just made me very aroused!

I don't think I'd every leave my pc if it looked like that!

Weird Question: How do you get behind the fish tank to clean etc?

Just added a couple of Dell screens for some Eyefinity goodness. Run's quite well with a 6970 @ 3850x1024....Also used a Dell mount on my Benq 22" really love these mounts...

I love the passion that has went into the display of that tank. Position of ornaments or whatever... a bit like The Spy Who Loved Me with all the creative pieces. Looks like lots of adventure for the fish to swim in and out of all the nuke and crannies. It's more creative than big shop display tanks.

;)

Tidier than having a drop down screen.

Tempted to make a canvas panel with LED backlighting though, can have it as a big softlight when the projector isn't on and a screen when it is.
