It is Winamp. I have Classic Pro installed with a red theme and some transparency.

Those of you with multiple screen setups like Rossi, how do you play games on a single screen? I have a spare 24" Dell I'd like to put alongside my iiyama 24" LED panel, but don't want to have a dual screen game due to the difference in response times, colouring etc...

The game just starts on the primary screen. You don't need to select or edit anything for that to happen.
