That's bascially a kitchen counter top, same as my "desk" if you can call it that.

Yeah the table was a budget build for £40 a couple of years ago! It's not too bad when you're close to it, and the OCUK Mat helps

Haven't got a lot of space in this room so as much as I'd like a humongous Ikea desk it won't be possible.

EDIT: Desk shows up a lot more with camera flash, it's not normally that distracting!

The case is odd looking, but I chose it for it's features rather than looks (although it sort of grows on you

I laughed when I saw that case. I laughed even more thinking at some poor souls have paid £220 for it. I'd be embarassed to have that in my room.

Bit of an evolution of my desk.

21/08/2011 Updates new screen, keyboard and mat.

22/04/2012 Updates new mouse and fanatec wheel + pedals. Also painted the cupboard door and decorated the rest of the room a bit.

27/01/2013 Updates new desk and Astro A50 headset stand for my A40's + Mixamp 5.8. Also a new mat under the desk.

Reasonably good for the cost but nothing amazing. Can pump out some bass if want them to. But compared to my headsets there is no comparison. I tend to just use them for music if we have friends round or for the wife to watch telly.

Was from the rain forest river and it was called Charles Jacobs HIGH QUALITY PU LEATHER EXECUTIVE OFFICE DESK CHAIR. Checking the seller I got it from they no longer sell it.

Would be interested to see build log on that case, i like the black version more. woul be very interested to see how well its designed and how easy it is to install a system

Put some wheels on it and it could be a droid from Star Wars! What's not to like?

Not my cup of tea personally but I think I can see the attraction.
